Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Welcome to Poo Patrol. These Terms and Conditions explain how our dog-waste-removal service works and the simple, plain-language agreement between us when you book a scoop. We've tried to keep it friendly and clear — if anything's unclear, just give us a call.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Poo Patrol's dog-waste-removal services. By requesting a quote, scheduling a visit, or letting us onto your property, you agree to these terms. Please read them before booking.
2. Our services
Poo Patrol provides residential and commercial dog-waste (pet-waste) removal across Rock and parts of Dane and Green Counties in Wisconsin. Depending on the plan you choose, we scoop and haul away dog waste on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, perform one-time and spring "after-thaw" cleanups, offer optional yard deodorizing treatments, and provide commercial pet-waste management for apartments, HOAs, and dog-friendly properties. We scoop the areas we can safely access and haul the waste off your property.
3. Scheduling, cancellations, and skips
Recurring customers are placed on a regular service day, and we send you a text when we're on the way so you can bring your dogs inside. If you need to skip a visit, pause, or cancel service, please let us know in advance so we can adjust your schedule and billing. There are no long-term contracts — you can change or stop recurring service at any time with reasonable notice. If we can't safely access your yard on your scheduled day (a locked gate, a loose dog, or a blocked path), we may need to skip that visit, and it may still be billed as scheduled.
4. Yard access, gates, and pets
So we can do the job right, please make sure the gate is unlocked (or share a code or combination) on your service day and that the path to the yard is clear. For everyone's safety, dogs should be secured indoors or otherwise kept away from our team while we work — that's why we text before we arrive. After each visit we close and latch the gate behind us and, on fenced yards, text you a photo of the gate secured. We can't be responsible for pets that get loose because a gate was left unlocked, a fence has gaps or damage, or a pet was left in the yard against these terms.
5. Weather and seasonal service
Wisconsin has four full seasons, and we scoop year-round whenever your yard is safely accessible. In heavy snow, ice, or severe weather, waste may be buried or the yard may be unsafe to work in, so a visit may be delayed or rescheduled — anything hidden by snow will be caught up on the next accessible visit or during a spring cleanup. When the snow melts, our spring one-time cleanup clears everything winter left behind. We use good judgment to keep our team and your property safe during rough weather.
6. Quotes, pricing, and payment
Every yard and every pack of dogs is a little different, so we don't publish fixed prices — we give you a fast, free, no-obligation quote based on your number of dogs, yard size, and how often you'd like us out. Your quoted rate applies to the plan you signed up for; if your situation changes (more dogs, a larger area, or a longer gap between visits), we may adjust your quote and will let you know first. Payment is due per the terms on your invoice or plan. We may pause or discontinue service on past-due accounts. You can reach us anytime at (608) 436-0804 for a quote or a billing question.
7. Our satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we ever miss a spot or you're not happy with a visit, contact us promptly and we'll come back and make it right — no questions asked. This guarantee is our commitment to re-service or otherwise correct the issue; it doesn't create any additional warranty beyond what's described here.
8. Limitation of liability
Poo Patrol provides its services with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, hidden hazards, lawn or landscaping wear in high-traffic pet areas, damage caused by pets, or issues that result from inaccurate access instructions or an unsecured gate or fence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as our services or the law change. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
